The Mobile Service Coordinator is responsible for responding to internet and phone inquiries to ensure the dealership maximizes its profit potential on phone and internet sales. This role involves satisfying the transportation needs of customers generated through online and phone channels, communicating effectively with these customers, and assisting them in selecting a vehicle. The coordinator must have a thorough knowledge of dealership products and services, understand the psychology of internet customers, and work to bring them into the dealership to close transactions. They will also be responsible for managing internet sales inquiries, coordinating promotions, ensuring dealership contact information is displayed prominently, researching auto-buying services, and working with the webmaster to update the website. Additionally, the role includes taking photos of inventory, maintaining a customer database for repeat business, and ensuring high guest satisfaction. The coordinator must also be knowledgeable about relevant laws, establish income goals, attend training and sales meetings, and maintain a safe and professional work environment. They are expected to be committed to guest satisfaction, determine management/production/quality requirements, attend company meetings, maintain a follow-up system, report to the Sales Manager, and analyze actions to improve effectiveness. Understanding business terminology and technological changes, following directions, adhering to work rules, accepting constructive criticism, and interacting positively with colleagues are also key aspects of this role. A signed non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement is required, as is a willingness to assign any developed inventions to the company.
