About The Position

Colorado Golf & Turf is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven, and customer-focused Mobile Service Advisor to join their growing service team. This role is central to their mobile operations, involving the coordination of daily schedules for mobile technicians, dispatching field service calls, and maintaining communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in service advising/writing and coordination, dispatching, or customer service (preferably in automotive, equipment, or field service).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Outlook, scheduling platforms, and work order systems.
  • Possess a friendly, professional communication style and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for mobile service customers through phone, email, and text.
  • Generate and dispatch work orders using Aspen and Outlook.
  • Organize technician schedules considering location, workload, and urgency.
  • Maintain a 3-day rolling schedule and ensure technicians are ready to depart by 8:30 am daily.
  • Inform customers about estimates, arrival times, and job progress.
  • Work with parts and internal service departments to ensure efficient job completion.
  • Submit job documentation, create invoices, and assist with warranty claims.
