Mobile Senior Exercise Specialist
About The Position

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and stability, moving away from the traditional gym environment. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App, and conduct reassessments. The ideal candidate will be certified, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills, embracing the use of mobile and web apps for session management and client communication. Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions

- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
