About The Position

The Mobile Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which may include operating a vehicle to patrol. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. The Mobile Officer maintains the security and safety of multiple sites by conducting patrols via a motor vehicle. Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (No accidents, tickets, etc.)
Ability to adapt to changing, fast-paced environments.
Able to multitask.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to lead by example and maintain team morale.

Nice To Haves

3 years of security experience preferred.
Experience with scheduling is not required but will be given preference.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the security and safety of multiple sites by conducting patrols via a motor vehicle.
Scheduling
Fleet maintenance
Issuing corrective action
Maintaining culture of professionalism
Submitting direct reports to district manager
Assisting in the field where needed
Ensuring all supplies and work materials are in working order
Sending emails to clientele
Giving direction
Serving as liaison between field staff and management
