The Mobile Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which may include operating a vehicle to patrol. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. The Mobile Officer maintains the security and safety of multiple sites by conducting patrols via a motor vehicle.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
No tickets, at-fault accidents, or moving violations within the past three years.
Demonstrated stable work history with a pattern of reliability and long-term commitment.
Availability to work four 10-hour shifts.
Ability to safely perform patrol duties both by vehicle and on foot in a variety of weather and environmental conditions, including rain, icy or muddy surfaces, wet roadways, uneven terrain, steep grassy slopes, wind, and frequent stair climbing.
Comfortable and confident interacting with homeless or transient individuals while maintaining professionalism, sound judgment, and de-escalation techniques.
Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in challenging situations.

Nice To Haves

Previous mobile patrol or field security experience is preferred.
