About The Position
We are looking for a Mobile Route Lead who will be the "Captain" of their own route, driving their personal vehicle to 3-5 high-end commercial clients per shift (Medical Offices, Dealerships, Fitness Studios). You will have the code to the door and the keys in your pocket. As long as the work is done perfectly and on time, you manage your own flow. No micromanagement—just autonomy and results.
Requirements
- Driver's License
- Availability for Day Shift
- Availability for Night Shift
- Ability to commute within Bergen County, NJ

Responsibilities
- Drive personal vehicle to scheduled client sites.
- Assist with "on-call" work runs, including Post-Construction Cleaning jobs, deep cleans, or assisting existing crews.
- Manage keys and alarm codes for secure facilities.
- Perform janitorial duties including floor care, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
- Use a smartphone app to log start/stop times and report facility issues.
