Mobile Plumber Technician (Indianapolis & Northern IN)
About The Position
US Allied Plumbing & HVAC LLC. is seeking a Mobile Plumber Technician for the Indianapolis & Northern IN area. This role involves responding to service calls for residential and commercial buildings, effectively communicating with customers about services and products, and ensuring jobs are completed according to local plumbing codes and requirements. The technician will be responsible for soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair, and maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism to generate referrals. Collaboration with customer service and dispatch is key to providing optimal service. The role also requires maintaining a clean work environment in company trucks, attending training and meetings, and mentoring apprentices.
Requirements
- Certified Backflow Tester (RPZ)
- License with knowledge of local plumbing
- Clean and safe driving record
- 2-4 years of experience
- Proficiency in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair
- Developed and experienced social skills for establishing strong customer connections
- Drive to perform to the best ability and continuously improve skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team and contribute individually
