About The Position

Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Mobile Phlebotomists to work on our Chattanooga Mobile. This role is crucial as Blood Assurance is the sole provider of blood and blood products in the community, meaning employees directly contribute to saving the lives of friends, family, and neighbors. Requirements

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
• A positive, caring attitude
• Scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts and some overtime and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience

Responsibilities

• Interviewing donors for suitability to donate
• Performing mini physicals (blood pressure, pulse, temp., and hemoglobin)
• Performing phlebotomy
• Calling a minimum number of donors daily per manager’s instructions
