Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved phlebotomy course and clinical experience.
• Basic clerical and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• One year in the medical field is a plus!
• Phlebotomy and CNA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Check Supplies: Ensure donor blood bags and supplies are ready to go.
• Collect Blood: Perform collection procedures, including mini-physical exams and venipuncture.
• Care for Donors: Provide post-donation care, from serving refreshments to assisting with any reactions.
• Promote Positivity: Build great relationships with donors, recruiters, and colleagues.
