Mobile Phlebotomist (Part-Time/PRN)
About The Position
ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, is hiring a part-time, on-call, at-will Mobile Collector. Collectors manage their own calendars and choose the days, hours, and areas in which they are available to work. Collections are performed at an individual’s home, workplace, or another specified location, within an assigned 50-mile radius. The role involves collecting medical histories, performing venipuncture, taking manual blood pressure and vital signs, and collecting urine specimens. EKG experience is preferred but not required. The position requires travel to collection locations and access to a computer, internet, cell phone, printer, and scanner. ExamOne has provided services to the insurance industry since 1972. Requirements may be modified to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Be a skilled phlebotomist with at least 100 successful practical blood draws; this experience will be verified before onboarding.
- Be skilled in taking manual blood pressures and pulses.
- Have reliable transportation and current auto insurance, unless using public transportation in a large metropolitan area.
- Be willing to travel within an assigned 50-mile radius.
- Have access to a computer, internet, cell phone, printer, and scanner.
- Have a driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- EKG experience is preferred but not required.
