About The Position
As a Mobile Collector, you would be a part-time, on-call and at-will employee. This means you will have flexibility to choose the days and hours you wish to work and the areas you wish to work in, managing your own calendar of availability. Your responsibilities will include collecting medical histories, performing venipuncture, taking manual blood pressure, recording vitals, and collecting urine specimens. EKG experience is a plus but not required. Collections are performed at the individual’s home, workplace, or a specified location.
Requirements
- Skilled phlebotomist
- Minimum of 100 successful practical blood draws
- Skilled in taking manual blood pressures and pulses
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance (unless taking public transportation in a large metropolitan city)
- Willing to travel within an assigned 50-mile radius
- Own computer, internet, cell phone, printer, and scanner
