About The Position

Sprinter Health brings high-quality care directly into patients’ homes. Mobile Phlebotomists use their clinical expertise to provide preventative care and diagnostic services, including phlebotomy and other low-acuity services. Training is offered for additional services such as diabetic retina imaging, ECGs, and digital stethoscope recordings. The position requires previous venipuncture experience, dependability, professionalism, problem-solving, and a strong commitment to customer service and patient care. Sprinters work autonomously while maintaining exceptional quality and are expected to continue developing their skills and applying evidence-based practices. Each day, the Mobile Phlebotomist prepares the supplies and PPE needed for scheduled patients, uses technology to review the schedule, and travels to patients’ homes. They build welcoming connections with patients, collect relevant information, and perform services in a comfortable, patient-centered manner. When samples are collected, they label them properly and arrange delivery to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
