About The Position

Getlabs is seeking a part-time Mobile Phlebotomist to provide at-home and in-office diagnostic services. The role involves traveling to patient appointments, collecting and processing specimens, and helping deliver a thoughtful, compassionate patient experience. Candidates should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-growing environment. The position is scheduled from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m., Monday through Friday. The role is W-2 employment at $21–$22 per hour. Mileage is reimbursed, and the schedule is flexible. Employees who have patient contact must meet the stated COVID-19 vaccination condition of employment.

Requirements

Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
Experience processing samples.
Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
A proven track record of exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team under minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Proof of the first COVID-19 vaccine shot within 30 days of employment; vaccination is a condition of employment for employees in contact with patients.

Nice To Haves

Mobile phlebotomy experience.
Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Visit patients at home or in offices, travel to appointments, and deliver samples to patient service centers or laboratories.
Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and process specimens with a high degree of accuracy.
