The Phlebotomist is responsible for working diligently, independently, and as a team member to meet department goals and achieve improved benchmarks. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for driving to appointments for specimen collection, retinal eye camera usage, specimen drop off at local labs, planning daily area routes for member outreaches, and may contact members to schedule appointments. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $25 - $28 per hour. The total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave).
