About The Position

Exam One is hiring Mobile Phlebotomists to complete at-home blood draws and vital sign collections in the City of Chicago - SW Cook Co, IL. This is a part-time, independent contract (1099) position with flexible hours available. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and enjoys working independently, willing to travel within the City of Chicago and all Metropolitan Suburbs.

Requirements

• Excellent blood drawing skills and experience (1 Year).
• Detail-oriented with strong medical terminology to gather medical history and physical measurements.
• Must have your stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure.
• Must have high-speed internet access with a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
• Must have a reliable car and auto insurance.
• Must pass Background Check and Urine Marijuana Drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mobile Phlebotomy professionally and on time.
• Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines.
• Collect and document Medical History and vitals.
• Obtain blood and urine samples.
• Perform EKG as needed.
• Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
• Upload all completed documents in the ExamOne Portal.
• Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab.
• Provide Daily Case Status.
