About The Position

At Bark & Mane, we’ve built a calmer, more intentional way to groom, one dog at a time, right at the pet parent’s home. We are looking for experienced groomers who want a less stressful, more structured environment. This role offers strong, consistent earning potential with a 4-day work week option, and no scheduling headaches as our dispatcher handles your day. All fuel, van, and equipment are fully covered, and you will be provided with a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz grooming van.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of professional grooming experience
• Can confidently complete full grooms independently
• Take pride in their work and don’t cut corners
• Want a less stressful, more structured environment
• Are reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Nice To Haves

• Cat grooming experience a strong plus!

Responsibilities

• Full-service grooming from start to finish
• Creating a calm, safe experience for each pet
• Communicating with pet parents professionally and warmly
• Keeping your van clean, stocked, and organized
• Delivering a consistently high-quality groom
