About The Position

Securitas is seeking a dedicated Weekend Mobile Patrol Security Officer to join our team in Roseland, New Jersey. This role involves monitoring and controlling facilities during daily tours, maintaining logs of security incidents, and ensuring professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will greet and assist visitors courteously and be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Requirements

• Valid SORA license or willing to obtain
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and flexible
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation with a clean driving record
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility during the daily tours
• Maintain a daily log of security incidents.
• Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
