Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Must obtain required security licenses (assistance provided if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Valid phone number and working cell phone
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or enter/exit a vehicle the majority of your shift
- Mature, responsible, and dependable
- Positive and cooperative attitude
- Honest, trustworthy, and conduct yourself with integrity
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and be flexible during tense situations
- Courteous and tactful to everyone
- Take personal pride in presenting a professional appearance

- Patrol assigned properties by driving.
