About The Position

As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and/or other site documentation.
