Overnight Mobile Flex Officer (1600-0600)
About The Position
The Mobile Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which may include operating a vehicle to patrol. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. The Mobile Officer maintains the security and safety of multiple sites by conducting patrols via a motor vehicle. All you need is a valid driver’s license and clean driving history, to be a great fit for this role! No experience? No problem! With a friendly and positive attitude we will provide the training and knowledge you need to be successful in the security industry.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving history
- Demonstrate reliability with a strong attendance record and commitment to scheduled shifts
- Must have flexible availability and be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require
- Stable employment history and a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in security (if no previous security experience)
- Proven work history that demonstrates dependability and longevity, with minimal job-hopping
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic situations
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and customers
Nice To Haves
- Previous security experience is preferred
Responsibilities
