About The Position
Northwest Connections is seeking Mobile Mental Health Crisis Workers to provide in-person crisis intervention and risk assessment for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies in St Croix County, Wisconsin. This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible scheduling, ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income. This role operates under Wisconsin DHS 34 and Chapter 51 statutes.
Requirements
- Must be available for shifts: 7 days a week 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM; including weekends and holidays
- Must be available for responses throughout St Croix County, including New Richmond, Hudson, Baldwin, WI
Responsibilities
- Respond on-call to mobile mental health crisis situations
- Conduct mental health and suicide risk assessments
- Provide crisis intervention and support least-restrictive response planning
- Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners
- Complete required clinical documentation
