About The Position

We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our dynamic Mobile Mental Health Team to assist in making meaningful impacts in the Orange County community. As a dedicated clinician, you will perform on-base and on-call duties, ensuring comprehensive support for individuals in crisis. You will be at the forefront of emergency response, assessing and addressing urgent needs with precision and compassion. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical skills in triage and assessment, intervene in critical situations, and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to improving mental health outcomes. Requirements

• Professional license required - LMSW, LCSW or LMHC, Limited Permit acceptable
• Flexibility
• ALL POSITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND, FINGERPRINTING AND MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT CHECK.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing safety plans.
• Coordinating outreach services.
• Providing essential follow-up support.
• Collaborating with 311, certified peers and law enforcement.
• On-base and on-call duties, ensuring comprehensive support for individuals in crisis.
• Assessing and addressing urgent needs with precision and compassion.
• Utilizing clinical skills in triage and assessment.
• Intervening in critical situations.
