About The Position

Responsible for transporting the mobile medical unit to predetermined sites of care, ensuring vehicle security, facilitating routine and emergent vehicle maintenance and performing patient registration, data collection, and non-invasive screenings, as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of vehicle operation and maintenance consistent with the operation of a vehicle requiring a CDL license from the state of Indiana
• CDL required
• Ability to communicate appropriately with patients, unit manager and unit staff
• Demonstration of interpersonal skills necessary for communication with media, visitors, and community partnership representatives

Nice To Haves

• Preferred knowledge consistent with the performance of basic health screening and first-aid certification
• EMT preferred
• Previous experience with vehicle transportation and maintenance is preferred
• Previous experience in performing blood pressure screenings and other non-invasive screenings is beneficial, however not required
