About The Position

Christian Hospital is seeking a Mobile Medical Equipment Technician to work the evening shift. The schedule is 2:30 PM - 11 PM Tuesday-Friday and 1:30 PM - 10 PM Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. The Clinical Engineering department's mission is to provide a team of empowered professionals offering continued improvement in patient care and equipment planning & support technologies. The Clinical Asset Management team provides operational support and maintenance management of diagnostic, treatment, and patient support technologies, including planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, operational support, risk management, technology asset management, maintenance contract management, and capital project planning.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• No Experience
• No Experience (Supervisor Experience)

Responsibilities

• Follows proper techniques and procedures to ensure the integrity of the sterilization process.
• Performs medical equipment decontamination from designated area procedures according to specified standards.
• Remedy equipment and process failures.
• Maintain and control records in central software.
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
