About The Position

Penn Fleet is seeking an experienced, motivated Mobile Service Manager to oversee and grow our mobile repair division. This is a leadership position responsible for coordinating technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining efficiency, and helping expand our mobile service operations. Requirements

Previous experience in truck, fleet, diesel, or heavy equipment repair.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with service management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the mobile service department.
Schedule and dispatch mobile technicians for emergency and preventative maintenance calls.
Communicate with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and service updates.
Ensure technicians have the tools, parts, and information needed for each job.
Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
Assist in estimating repairs and approving work orders.
Coordinate with the shop, parts department, and customers to maximize productivity.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Help develop and expand the company's mobile service business.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and DOT regulations.
Track KPIs including response time, billed hours, revenue, and technician utilization.
