Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Good driving record
- Building operations knowledge
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Universal CFC a plus
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance on building equipment primarily in DC, some work in MD and VA as well.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the system and associated equipment.
- Preventative maintenance on equipment, change filters, ballast, light bulbs, flush valves, toilet repairs, etc.
- Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and comply with all generally recognized safety procedures.
- Other related responsibilities as assigned.
