About The Position

This role involves the maintenance and repair of various vehicles, with a strong focus on tires and related systems. The supervisor will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues on semi-trucks and trailers, including commercial tires, HVAC, brakes, steering & suspension, PM inspections, drive train, and electrical systems. The position also includes conducting fleet inspections, working with tire TPMS, participating in training, following safety procedures, and adhering to company policies. A key responsibility is the safe operation of company vehicles and compliance with traffic regulations. A preferred ability to drive a service truck (F-350) to offsite locations for customer breakdowns is also mentioned, along with any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Experience with mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing all types of tires (passenger, light trucks, large trucks, industrial).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing semi-truck and trailer systems (commercial tires, HVAC, brakes, steering & suspension, PM inspections, drive train, electrical systems).
• Experience with fleet inspections.
• Knowledge of tire TPMS (Tire Pressure Management System).
• Ability to participate in training and follow safety procedures.
• Adherence to company policies.
• Safe operation of company vehicles and compliance with traffic regulations.

• Ability to drive a service truck (F-350) to an offsite location where customer is broken down.

Responsibilities
