About The Position

Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking an upbeat, service-minded, Mobile Leasing Agent. This position requires traveling to all local properties and is primarily field based. Candidates should live in the San Antonio, TX area. Travel outside of these areas is expected to be approximately 50% of the time after our lease-up properties have been stabilized. Requirements

Cheerful, Positive Attitude
Must have valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and collaboratively primarily onsite at local property assignments (estimated 12-18 months) and eventually in a remote setting with travel up to 50% of the time to other properties
Leasing experience in affordable, HUD and or tax credits
Personal Smart Phone technology required
Must have reliable transportation to and from work and working onsite at assigned locations.
Candidates will be requested to successfully complete a background check, credit check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

OneSite experience is a plus
LIHTC experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Finding prospects and helping them choose to lease.
Nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to scheduling property tours, to completing the lease/application paperwork.
Understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media.
