About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an established, entrepreneurial Registered Nurse (RN) with a proven track record in running a mobile IV practice to partner with their Twin Cities Metro mobile IV program. This role offers the independence of managing your own route and client relationships, combined with the support of Restore's infrastructure, brand credibility, and local team. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician comfortable delivering safe and clinically sound care outside of a traditional setting, assessing environments, screening for contraindications, and using sound judgment. Restore handles scheduling, payments, and client acquisition infrastructure, allowing the nurse to focus on care and growing their client base. The role is described as having a warmer, relationship-driven pace compared to acute care, without compromising clinical rigor. As a partner, you will deliver IV drip therapy, injections, and related mobile medical services directly to clients at their homes, offices, or events, utilizing Restore's scheduling, POS, and clinical infrastructure. You will operate under the clinical direction of Restore's Medical Director, following established protocols, while managing your own book of business and route. There is also an option to build relationships with Restore's local studios, refer and receive referrals, and pick up in-studio shifts for additional hours.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota (required).
  • Current BLS certification (required).
  • Minimum 1–2 years administering mobile IV therapy and injections, ideally with an established, transferable client base — required.
  • Own (or willingness to obtain) professional liability/malpractice insurance appropriate for independent contractor practice.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations across the service area.
  • Comfortable operating as an independent contractor — managing your own schedule, supplies, invoicing, and taxes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and the Restore clinical team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accurate documentation and protocol compliance.
  • Comfortable using scheduling, POS, and EMR technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Acute care background (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar) — preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other approved medical services in clients' homes, offices, hotels, or event locations with precision and strict adherence to protocol.
  • Conduct client health screenings and environment/safety assessments prior to every mobile visit to ensure the setting is appropriate for treatment.
  • Apply sound clinical judgment in a non-clinical setting — recognizing contraindications, identifying concerns, and escalating to Restore's Medical Director or on-call clinical support when appropriate.
  • Carry and maintain emergency response supplies appropriate for mobile administration, and know Restore's escalation protocol for adverse events away from a studio.
  • Provide individualized client education on therapies, expected outcomes, and at-home care.
  • Maintain and grow your client base, using Restore's scheduling and POS platform to book appointments and process payment.
  • Manage your own IV and injection inventory levels to ensure consistent service availability.
  • Operate within Restore's approved service menu, pricing, and clinical protocols across all client visits.
  • Introduce mobile clients to Restore's studio network and broader service offerings (GLP-1, TRT, peptides, biomarker and body composition assessment) where relevant to their goals.
  • Represent the Restore brand consistently and professionally across every mobile visit.
  • Optionally pick up in-studio nursing shifts, joining the local studios' nursing team for additional, separately-compensated hours.
  • Coordinate with local studio teams on referrals, scheduling, and client handoffs where mobile and in-studio care intersect.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical documentation in client EMRs for every mobile visit.
  • Maintain an active, unencumbered RN license and all required certifications, and comply with all state-specific regulations governing mobile IV administration.
  • Maintain your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance as required for independent contractor status.
  • Manage your own tax obligations and documentation (W-9, quarterly self-employment taxes) as an independent contractor.

Benefits

  • Flexible scheduling
  • HSA/FSA-eligible services
  • Complimentary and discounted access to Restore therapies for your own wellness.
  • Built infrastructure: scheduling, POS, client onboarding, and marketing support already in place.
  • Visibility into studio bench work and Lead RN opportunities if you want to expand beyond mobile care over time.
