About The Position
Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA dealer group in New England, is seeking a Licensed Massachusetts Commercial Vehicle Inspector for a mobile position, based in Shrewsbury, MA. Requirements
- CDL Class A or B
- Massachusetts Commercial Vehicle Inspector License
- Ability to work independently at customer locations
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
- All Candidates must pass a CORI check, criminal background check, MVR check and Drug test
Responsibilities
- Verify vehicle identification and enter accurate vehicle information into the inspection system
- Inspect and record vehicle equipment and options, including damage and missing or inoperable items
- Perform basic mechanical inspections on vehicles including powertrain, drivetrain, structural, and electrical components
- Interpret and analyze inspection results
- Maintains quality records as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
