Mobile Female Exercise Specialist
About The Position
GYMGUYZ is redefining the fitness industry as the nation's leader in mobile personal training. We bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations, offering clients a convenient and personalized training experience. This role offers the opportunity to train on your terms with clients who actively seek your coaching, providing freedom, autonomy, and stability without the traditional gym environment. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App, and manage your schedule efficiently. We are looking for passionate personal trainers who crave flexibility and want to make a difference in people's lives while building their careers.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
