About The Position
Aurum Wireless is hiring full-time and part-time Mobile Experts to join our National Retail team. This is an entry-level sales position working inside established retail partner locations, helping customers with wireless, internet, entertainment, and connectivity solutions from major national brands. No previous sales experience is required. We’re looking for people who are outgoing, dependable, coachable, and motivated to earn.

Responsibilities
- Work inside an assigned retail partner location
- Approach and engage customers
- Help customers compare wireless plans, devices, promotions, and connectivity options
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Process new accounts, upgrades, and additional services
- Learn professional sales and customer engagement skills
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Maintain a professional presence inside our partner stores
