About The Position

As a Virtual Retail Mobile Expert, you are a wireless sales and communications solutions expert. You don't just make a sale; you make a connection that enhances the lives of your customers. You will assist our customers in moving forward with the right device at the right price by presenting a personalized solution. We are obsessed with delivering amazing customer experiences. That's why we need you! T-Mobile ensures that all employees earn at least $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives, with the opportunity to earn more! In fact, our Mobile Experts earn an average of $28/hour—that’s more than $50,000 per year for our Full-Time Role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 12 months of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Sales skills in new customer acquisition
  • Hard-working drive and confidence for success
  • Multi-tasking and navigating between Windows systems.
  • Troubleshooting and understanding of IoT
  • Computer hardware proficiency.
  • Superior customer service skills, building loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Selling and serving to our customers, while providing a premier customer experience and building loyalty
  • Consistently training on T-Mobile experiences, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems, new products, and reference resources
  • Sales Skills in New Customer Acquisition, Including Results-Oriented Drive and Confidence for Success
  • Consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding
