About The Position
Immediate openings for Mobile Equipment Operators at Kawneer Cranberry, an Arconic Company. This role involves operating mobile equipment on the plant floor to produce products for various jobs. The position is for a rotation shift, working 6pm to 6am, with a $1/hr shift differential for night shifts. Rotation shifts involve working a pattern of days on and off, with one week working 36 hours and the next working 48 hours, which may include mandatory overtime. Kawneer is a large commercial window manufacturing company supplying windows and aluminum nationwide.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a 6pm - 6am rotation shift.
- Must be able to work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week.
- Mandatory overtime may occur.
- Successfully complete 90 days of employment to receive signing bonus.
- If 6 months of employment is not completed, the signing bonus will need to be repaid in full.
