About The Position

This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. The mechanic will perform inspections, identify mechanical issues, document maintenance activities, and collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime. Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mobile equipment
• Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to established procedures
• Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team
• Reliability, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Perform inspections and identify mechanical issues before they impact production
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to supervisors
• Collaborate with operations teams to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
