About The Position

Arconic is currently in search of a Mobile Equipment Fleet Manager to join our Aluminum Extrusion (AEX) business unit in Lafayette, IN. This new role will provide critical turnaround leadership and is responsible for stabilizing and rebuilding an outdated and underperforming motor vehicle fleet into a best-in-class operation. The Fleet Manager will lead a multi-year transformation focused on reliability, cost control, and operational excellence. The current fleet of motor vehicles consists of ~170 assets with varying age and condition, requiring significant improvement in maintenance discipline, reliability, and lifecycle strategy.
