The role As a Mobile Engineer, you will build Vale’s mobile applications for consumers and field operators, delivering experiences that are fast, reliable, and delightful.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
4+ years of mobile engineering experience on iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin), or React Native
Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns and performance optimization
Experience with mobile testing frameworks and automated testing
Familiarity with app store submission and release management processes
Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming patterns

Responsibilities

Design and build mobile features and applications for iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin), or React Native
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Back-End engineers to ship complete mobile experiences
Ensure app performance, stability, and a high-quality user experience across devices
Write clean, well-tested mobile code and participate in code reviews
Manage the mobile release process including builds, testing, and app store submissions
Debug and resolve production issues affecting mobile users
Stay current on mobile platform updates, design guidelines, and best practices
