Must be ready to interview with examples of customer service for a fleet company and how you resolved customer escalations. Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience performing Diesel & Trailer maintenance and repairs.
Heavy-Duty DOT Inspections and Repairs
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on Heavy-Duty Diesel & Trailers.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position
Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light- to medium-duty fleet vehicles
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations
