The Mobile Diesel Technician Level 3 is responsible for performing complex repairs and diagnostics on diesel engines, powertrains, electrical systems, HVAC, steering, electronics, engine bolt-ons, brake systems, and suspension systems. This role involves advanced diagnostic software skills, welding, and ensuring compliance with DOT standards. The technician will also perform preventive maintenance, reconditioning of equipment, and mentor other technicians. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The technician will also be responsible for accurate documentation within the maintenance system and assisting with fleet analyses.
