About The Position
RSS Mobile Trailer Repair is a growing powerhouse in the Trucking Industry. RSS has been in business for over 32 years, and has nearly 400 team members located in 17 states! We are currently looking to expand our mobile service truck team in the Lansing, MI area. A successful candidate for this position will be an experienced Diesel Mechanic/Heavy Duty Diesel Truck Mechanic, with a strong understanding of semi truck diagnostics and repair. Someone who is self-motivated, safety-minded, and is able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers. Service Truck experience strong preferred.
Requirements
- Must have heavy duty truck repair experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a physical and Drug Screen.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.

- Service Truck experience strong preferred.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose truck systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components.
- Perform preventative maintenance on trucks and parts.
- Independently motivated professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service.
- Maintain positive working relationships with customer.
- Follow all safety requirements while servicing trucks and operating Service Truck.
