About The Position
Road Runner Wrecker Service has been a leader in towing and recovery since 1992. We are seeking an experienced Mobile Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of light-duty and heavy-duty tow trucks.
Requirements
- 3+ years diesel engine repair experience (Required)
- Strong diagnostic skills (not just parts replacement)
- Experience with heavy-duty trucks preferred
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Must be able to commute to Leesburg, VA
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic issues
- Complete mobile repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate service records
