Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Experience with standing-up, operating, and maintaining an automated Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform and associated Information Technology (IT)
  • Experience installing software and updating configurations to restore non-working lines or equipment to working condition
  • Experience performing installation and preventative maintenance of mobile devices
  • Ability to perform a variety of electronic and technical assignments on mobile devices and systems
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DoD IAT Level II Certification
  • Ability to obtain DoW 8140 certification under the Work Role Code 441 – Network Operations Specialist – Intermediate level or higher by October 1, 2026

Responsibilities

  • Provision, manage, maintain, and track end user mobile computing devices authorized and assigned to individual personnel for secure and non-secure communications.
  • Configure and maintain mobile computing devices and associated auxiliary devices as directed by the Government and in accordance with applicable DoD Cybersecurity policies, procedures, regulations, and directives.
  • Baseline and maintain end user mobile computing device configurations, including STIGs, and maintains configuration control and policy management of devices.
  • Assist the Government to draft mobile computing policies and procedures, implement and integrate new mobile computing services and technologies, and troubleshoot, repair, and provide logistical support for existing mobile devices.
  • Interface directly with customers to provide training and to resolve issues related to services.
  • Maintain mobile computing device utilization history, including a review of device and service usage, audits, and reconciliation of utilization.
  • Coordinate and manage accountability of new equipment, replacement equipment, and upgrades, and tracks the disposition of equipment throughout its lifecycle.
