About The Position

CareBridge Health, a member of the Elevance Health family, focuses on enabling individuals in home and community-based settings to maximize their health, independence, and quality of life through home-care and community-based services. The Mobile Device Coordinator (Asset Management Analyst) is responsible for ensuring CareBridge members receive mobile devices accurately and on time by coordinating fulfillment and shipping. This involves tasks such as charging, stickering, and casing devices, as well as processing retrievals and shipping chargers. The role requires maintaining IT assets in response to fulfillment requests by logging changes in the software asset repository system, managing hardware and software fulfillment requests, matching requests to available inventory, and maintaining inventories by location to meet service level agreements. The position also involves participating in the development and maintenance of asset management policies and procedures, supplying devices to members, fulfilling orders for new devices and chargers, and utilizing the FedEx system for tracking deliveries. Additionally, the role assists with the procurement of mobile devices and cases, and receives, tests, and cleanses returned mobile devices. A key aspect of the role is possessing knowledge about the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community. The position also requires excellent punctuality and attendance.

Requirements

  • AA/AS or recognized trade certification and a minimum of 1-year related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile devices and software highly preferred.
  • Previous fulfillment or shipping experience highly preferred.
  • General HCBS and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledge highly preferred.
  • Customer-service focused professional with a collaborative, team-oriented demeanor, and a proven ability to build strong working relationships within a matrix organization preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages IT assets in response to fulfillment requests by logging changes to the software asset repository system.
  • Receives logs tracks and responds to hardware and software fulfillment requests.
  • Matches requests from Access IT to available inventory.
  • Maintains inventories by location to meet service level agreements.
  • Participates in the development of asset management related processes policies and procedures and maintains them.
  • Supplies devices to members as needed.
  • Fulfills orders for new devices, retrievals, chargers, etc.
  • Utilizes FedEx system to monitor and track device delivery and updates in appropriate CareBridge systems accurately and timely.
  • Assists with procurement of mobile devices and cases.
  • Receives, tests, and cleanses inbound (returned) mobile devices.
  • Possesses knowledge about the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community within local markets, including the various services provided and how they interact with the CareBridge platform.
  • Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
