About The Position

ESS Clean is hiring a Full-Time Mobile Custodian to support multiple customer locations throughout the Decatur area. In this role, you'll travel between assigned facilities and help maintain clean, safe, and professional environments for our customers. We're looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can work confidently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Dependable and responsible work habits
• Ability to stay organized while working at different locations
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to travel between assigned Decatur-area locations

Nice To Haves

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and care for various types of flooring
• Wipe down and disinfect frequently touched surfaces
• Remove garbage and recycling
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to established standards
• Identify and communicate safety, maintenance, or supply concerns
• Provide friendly, professional service at each customer location
• Help maintain coverage and cleanliness at multiple ESS Clean accounts
