The Mobile Crisis Worker position is responsible for providing a wide array of culturally sensitive, recovery oriented, trauma sensitive, direct clinical services in conjunction with other staff. Services may include assessment, treatment planning, referrals, and case management. The role involves telephone screening, assessment, intervention, counseling, referral, and follow-up for individuals experiencing a mental health emergency, based on their symptomatology, strengths, and social/cultural resources. This position is part of an emergency services team and requires working rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 program operation. The role reports directly to an assigned supervisor, with overall program supervision by the Director. A minimum of 960 annual service hours is required.
