Join our compassionate, collaborative team and make a measurable difference for people in crisis—helping individuals and families find safety, stability, and hope. You’ll work on a mobile crisis team providing immediate, face-to-face or telehealth interventions, coordinate with community partners and law enforcement, and use clinical judgment to de-escalate situations and connect people to the right level of care. We seek a calm, adaptable professional with strong crisis-intervention skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role offers meaningful, mission-driven work, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to positively impact community behavioral health outcomes. You will respond to on-call/mobile crisis calls, perform risk assessments and safety planning, coordinate hospitalizations or referrals when needed, and document interventions to meet reporting and compliance requirements. You’ll regularly communicate with internal programs, external partners, and emergency responders to ensure individuals in crisis receive timely, appropriate services.
