About The Position

Our REACH team is growing and searching for Mobile Crisis Dispatchers! In this role, you will provide phone triages, screening services, referral, and support for individuals with Mental Health, Substance Use, ID and Co-Occurring Disorders. If you are looking to make a positive difference on our community, come join the number one counseling or therapy practice in the Southwest Virginia region!

Requirements

• Graduation from High School or equivalent
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in education, social work, psychology, or human services related field
• Two years PSAP or emergency call taker experience
• Speak multiple languages

Responsibilities
