Mobile Crisis Clinician
About The Position
This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth. Canvas Health's mission is to bring hope, healing, and recovery to people's lives. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Requirements
- Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
- Possess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
- Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
Responsibilities
