About The Position

Be the Calm in the Storm as a Mobile Crisis Clinician. This role may be based out of Benton, Henry, St. Clair, Bates, Cedar, Hickory, and Vernon counties. The schedule is Saturday-Sunday 8P-8A & Sunday-Monday 8P-8A. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a direct difference during critical moments, values flexibility in their schedule and setting, and is passionate about trauma-informed, culturally competent behavioral healthcare. Requirements

• High School/GED Required
• At least one (1) year experience working in behavioral health required if Bachelor’s degree is the highest education level obtained
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required
• A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's or Master’s in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
• MO Substance Use credential required (CRADC or CADC) (if high school is highest education obtained)
• PLPC, LMSW, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, or LCSW preferred
• Passionate about showing up for others in crisis and creating a safe, supportive space
• Strong clinical instincts and can remain calm under pressure
• Thrive in dynamic environments and are flexible with shifting needs or locations
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with individuals, families, and community partners
• Confident in clinical documentation and assessment skills
• Believe in whole-person, strength-based care and the power of connection during critical moments

Responsibilities

• Provide timely crisis assessment and intervention via phone, video, or in person
• Conduct Zero Suicide screenings and risk evaluations
• Make clinically sound decisions to stabilize individuals and refer to appropriate services
• Coordinate care with internal teams and external community partners
• Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
• Document services accurately and maintain compliance with agency and state standards
• Participate in supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
