Requirements

Ability to interact appropriately with staff and others while working both on-site and off-site, with minimal support.
Ability to walk, stand, and remain active for extended periods, averaging up to eight miles of walking per day.
Ability to work safely in a variety of weather conditions.
Ability to stay on task, follow instructions, and take direction from Team Leaders.
Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Travel daily using company-provided transportation with a Team Leader and coworkers to assigned locations to perform roadside litter removal and cleaning services.
Complete assigned tasks as directed.
Work cooperatively as part of a team.
Follow positive work ethics and safety practices.
Participate in required training sessions.
Adhere to scheduled breaks and lunch periods.
Take responsibility for personal belongings.
Follow instructions from Team Leaders.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support efficient and high-quality service delivery.
